Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

• Once you have orders to move, contact the Housing Services Office (805) 982-4321. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

NB Ventura County On Base Housing

• Single service members can contact Unaccompanied Housing (805) 982-4551 Port Hueneme / (805) 989-0406 Point Mugu for questions, check-in requirements and room assignment.
  
  
• NB Ventura on-base housing is privatized and managed by Lincoln Military Housing Port Hueneme (866) 239-2765 / Point Mugu (888) 887-3356 / Catalina Heights (888) 857-6528. They offer 8 neighborhoods with 2-5 bedroom single family and townhome style residences. The community features swimming pools, fitness centers, tot lots and more.
